Additionally, I remember reading this passage in the textbook that spoke about a man studying this particular tribe of people that their version of hygiene was completely different from to the modern world. If had the chance to speak to my friends about the course I would say that it is a very interactive. You don’t take notes or exams or homework’s but the grade it based upon participation. It is a no judgement zone that allows any topic to be discussed even if its controversial. The class overall it’s fun, since people are able to share their personal experiences that relates to the topic. The suggestions I would provide for other students to get the most out of the class is to become involved in the discussions. It helps improve effective speaking, listening skills and improve critical thinking. I believe that this course would improve essential skills that are important and would be used in a professional setting. Overall, this course is a great experience to provide a different understanding of society.
